Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of RevealMe AI, operated by Zijlstra.tech (Archipelweg 111 D, Leeuwarden, the Netherlands; KvK 82728143). By using the service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use RevealMe AI.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use RevealMe AI, create an account, or purchase credits. By using the service you confirm that you meet this requirement. RevealMe AI is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly allow use by minors.
What the service does
RevealMe AI generates AI-transformed images from photos you provide. Results are AI-generated entertainment previews. They are not photographs of real events, are not evidence of identity, age, or appearance, and should not be presented as such.
Your content and permissions
You may only upload photos that you own or have permission to use, and only where every person shown has consented to the transformation. If a child appears in a photo, you confirm that you are that child’s parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for the images you upload and the results you create or share.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use RevealMe AI for harassment, impersonation intended to deceive, fraud, explicit or sexual content, sexualized depictions of minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, or any unlawful purpose. Additional rules are set out in our Acceptable Use policy, which forms part of these Terms. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
Rights in generated images
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of any applicable fees, you may use the images you generate for your own personal and commercial purposes. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of a result does not infringe the rights of any other person, including intellectual-property, publicity, and privacy rights. We make no warranty that a generated image is free to use for a particular purpose in your jurisdiction.
Credits, purchases, and refunds
Free previews are watermarked. Credits are added only after verified payment confirmation and let you unlock high-resolution downloads. Guest generations can be attached to an account when you register with the same browser session. Purchases are handled by our payment provider. Refunds and the EU/UK right of withdrawal are described in our Refund Policy.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data, including uploaded photos and facial imagery, and the deletion schedules that apply.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Zijlstra.tech is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your mandatory consumer rights.
Changes and termination
We may update these Terms as the service evolves and will revise the “Last updated” date above. We may suspend or end the service, or your access, where reasonably necessary. You may stop using RevealMe AI at any time.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without affecting mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your own country of residence.
