Refund Policy

Credits are added only after verified payment confirmation. Refund requests can be reviewed for failed generations, duplicate payments, or technical issues that prevent access to an unlocked result.

Subscriptions can be cancelled according to the payment provider status and current period metadata stored in the backend.

EU/EEA and UK consumers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital purchases. Because credits and unlocked downloads are delivered digitally and immediately, at checkout you ask us to begin delivery right away and acknowledge that you lose this right of withdrawal once the content has been delivered. This does not affect refunds for failed generations, duplicate payments, or technical faults described above.
